We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our cosmetic company. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at purplecontact@purpletree1981.ca to receive a return authorization. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to obtain a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
